Clients are guided through their training by a professional coach throughout each session, learning proper form principles for movements that work for their specific anatomical structures and goals. You will also get:

  • Your Transformation Guide - Together, you and your coach will break down your long-term goals into step-by-step objectives, creating a crystal clear vision and route to your ideal physique, fitness, strength, and energy levels.

  • Unparalleled one-on-one personal training in our private coaching facility, two or more times per week, where your success is our top priority and your're the only one in the spotlight (no waiting for machines, or feeling crowded in a big, impersonal gym).

  • 1-on-1 Nutrition Coaching  to make sure your hard work both inside and outside of the gym pays off. This is shown in your results. With our experienced, non-judgmental coaching, you can take charge and achieve progress on your own terms, without the need for restrictive diets or tight eating regimes.'

  • A Covid-Secure Training Environment- Being a private, client-only studio allows us to go above and beyond industry standards, social distancing protocols followed, no sharing of equipment, disinfecting systems in between sessions, and hand sanitizers in the gym, we prioritize your health and safety.

IN-PERSON TRAINING OPTIONS

We offer three different in-person training programs at JS Health & Fitness. A brief description for each of the services is provided below:

  • One-on-One  Training allows you to get your coach's full and undivided attention.  You and your coach will work together making sure you are performing each exercise properly and staying on track to reaching your goals.

  • Partner Training is perfect if you want to save money on personal training by working harder and feeling more motivated alongside your significant other, friend, or family member.

  • At Your Home -  For busy folks, this is a terrific alternative because you don't have to worry about spending time getting to and from the gym. This option allows your coach to come to you and assist you in working out in the privacy of your own home. It's fine if you don't have any fitness equipment. Your coach will bring some exercise equipment for you to use.

  • How long does it take to see results?
    In terms of output and energy, how long does it take? Many of our clients see a difference after just one week of prioritising their health, such as a decrease in afternoon drowsiness and the influence of good momentum is having on their bodies. However, a notable physical difference normally appears around the 4-5 week mark. Whether it's a notch or two on your belt buckle, clothes that don't press into your stomach, or the ability to lift up your children overhead without grumbling, shoulder pain, or back pain. How about another month after that? You'll be surprised at what you can do.
  • Will this work for me if I don't own any equipment?
    If you want to make rapid progress but don't want to spend a lot of money on gym equipment, all you need are resistance bands, which can be purchased for $20-$30. Otherwise, your coach will still be able to design a fantastic routine for you that incorporates body weight exercises as well as any other objects that can be utilised as equipment (i.e., cans of soup, case of water bottles, heavy backpack, etc.).
  • Do you prescribe a strict diet for me to follow?
    Rather than the old idea of restrictive dieting fads, our nutrition coaching follows the "teach a person to fish" model. You can drink beer and wine, have a social life with BBQs and meals out with friends, and still have fantastic results. It's only a matter of figuring out how to strike the right balance between growth and happiness. Our nutrition coaching method allows us to look at what you're doing now and make adjustments for long-term success without the frustration and rebound that traditional diets bring.
